Do you camera the line before recommending a repair?
Always. We run CCTV to locate every defect, measure the run, and record the depth before we quote anything. Your plan comes from footage you can watch yourself, not from a guess made at the cleanout.
How much does trenchless sewer repair cost?
It depends on the length of the run, the depth, the diameter, the access, and the method the line actually needs, which is why nobody honest quotes it over the phone. After the camera survey you get a written scope with each viable method priced side by side, so you are comparing real options rather than one number.
How fast can you respond?
Emergencies are answered 24/7. For everything else we typically assess within one to three business days and schedule the work straight after approval.
What areas do you cover?
Westchester County is home base, with regular coverage into Putnam County, Orange County, and nearby Connecticut including Greenwich. That is roughly a 90-minute radius.
Who handles the permits?
We prepare the required documentation and guide the process. Permits are held by the client by default. Post-work video and a written summary are included as standard.
Can you work around tenants and business hours?
Yes. We phase the work, stage temporary bypass where a line cannot go out of service, and offer night and weekend windows so buildings keep operating.
Do you subcontract the work?
No. Every job is executed by our own licensed crew. One team, one point of accountability, no handing your project to whoever was available.
How should I prepare before the crew arrives?
Clear access to cleanouts and mechanical rooms, secure pets, and stop running water in the affected areas. We handle surface protection and containment ourselves.
