Diagnosis before recommendation
We do not quote a repair method we have not seen the need for on camera. If a contractor tells you what your line needs without running one, they are guessing, and you are the one paying for the guess.

The footage is yours
You get the video, whether or not you hire us. It is your property, your evidence, and your right to take it to a second contractor, your insurer, or a buyer.

One crew, in-house
No subcontracting. The people who quoted your job are the people who do it, which is the only arrangement under which accountability actually survives contact with a difficult site.

The least destructive method that genuinely works
Trenchless where trenchless is right, and open-cut where it is not. We will talk you out of a lining job that will not hold, because a repair that comes back costs us more than the sale was worth.

A blocked kitchen drain is a plumbing call. A collapsed lateral under a paver driveway, a shared stack in a twenty-unit building, or a grease-loaded line in a restaurant that cannot close on a Friday is something else. It needs diagnostics, a method decision with real money riding on it, permitting, phasing, and a crew that will still be standing there at midnight if that is what the schedule required.
That is the work Freitas is built around. We carry the equipment for it: CCTV and sonde locating, jetting and descaling, lining and bursting rigs. Owning the diagnostic tools is what makes an honest recommendation possible in the first place. A company that only owns a cable will always find that your line needs cabling.
We work for homeowners, managing agents, boards, restaurant operators, and municipalities across Westchester and the Hudson Valley, and we are as comfortable presenting a condition report to a board as we are explaining to a homeowner why the cheaper quote on their kitchen table is going to cost them more by the time the driveway is back.
