Choosing between them
Lining, bursting,
or replacement?
The honest answer is that it depends on what the camera finds, but here is the logic we apply, so you can follow the reasoning rather than take it on trust.
Decision 1
Line it
The host pipe is structurally present and holds its grade. Roots, cracks, and corrosion, but the geometry is sound.
Decision 2
Burst it
The pipe is collapsed, gone, or too small for the building. Grade is fine but the pipe itself is finished.
Decision 3
Replace it
The line is back-pitched or bellied. Geometry is the problem, and no method that follows the existing path can fix that.
