Repipe · rough-in · fixture set
Built to be
opened once.
Renovation plumbing is judged years after the walls close. We rough in for the building you will actually have, coordinate cleanly with the other trades, and leave a system that does not need opening again.
- Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-house repipes
- Galvanised and failing copper replaced with modern materials
- Coordinated with your GC, architect, or designer from rough-in through fixture set
- Inspected and code-compliant, with documentation for your records
Fit
When this is the right call,
and when it isn’t.
Selling you the wrong method is how a job comes back. Here is where this one genuinely wins, and where we will tell you to spend the money differently.
Whole-house repipes
Galvanised supply lines that have lost their diameter, or copper with pinhole failures appearing.
Kitchen and bathroom renovations
New layouts, relocated fixtures, and supply and waste sized for the fixtures actually going in.
Additions and finished basements
New rough-in tied into an existing system, with the main line capacity checked against the added load.
Old houses with layered past work
Where four decades of partial fixes have produced a system nobody can diagram any more.
Method
How the work
actually runs.
No surprises on the day. This is the sequence, start to finish.
Walk the project
On site with your drawings or your builder, to scope the real work rather than a guess from a photo.
Scope and schedule
A written scope tied to the build programme, so the trades before and after you are not held up.
Rough-in
Supply, waste, and vent installed to code and set for inspection.
Inspection
We arrange and attend the municipal inspection and supply the paperwork.
Finish and commission
Fixtures set, system commissioned, and every valve and connection tested before we leave.

Questions
Plumbing Renovations & Repiping:
what people ask.
Do you work directly with general contractors?
Yes. Most of our renovation work runs alongside a GC, architect, or designer. We hold to the build schedule and communicate in writing.
Can you replace galvanised piping without gutting the house?
In most cases yes. We plan the routing to minimise opened walls and ceilings, and we tell you honestly where access is unavoidable before we start.
Do you handle the permits and inspections?
We prepare documentation and attend inspections. Permits are held by the client by default, and we walk you through exactly what your municipality requires.

Next step
Start with footage.
Then decide what it needs.
Every Freitas job begins with a camera survey, because a five-figure repair decision should be made from evidence rather than from a guess at the cleanout. Tell us what the property is doing and we will take it from there.
- Camera survey before any recommendation, every time
- Written scope with each viable method priced side by side
- Your own copy of the footage, whoever you hire
- One licensed in-house crew, never subcontracted
